Natural Beauties

Natural Beauties is our new Erasmus+ youth exchange project bringing 40 young people from Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Ukraine, and Germany together in Eger this November. Through hands-on activities, nature exploration, and sustainability workshops, participants will develop real environmental skills and take action, both during the exchange and back home.

We are excited to share that Fiatalok Utcája Egyesület has submitted an Erasmus+ application for a brand new youth exchange project called Natural Beauties, set to take place in Eger, Hungary, from November 7 to 14, 2026.

True to our mission of empowering Generation Z through non-formal education and international mobility, this project tackles one of the most pressing topics of our time: climate change and environmental sustainability. At Street of Youth, environmental protection is one of our three core priorities alongside mental health and digital well-being, and Natural Beauties brings this commitment to life on an international stage.

The exchange will bring together 40 young people aged 18 to 30 from five countries: Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Ukraine, and Germany. Our partners are Azorcising (PT), Zero Waste Lutsk NGO (UA), YEAH Youth Empowerment & Action Hub (DE), and Fundacja "Wielki Świat" (PL). A strong emphasis is placed on inclusion, with the majority of participants coming from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Throughout the 8-day program, participants will engage in hands-on activities rooted in non-formal learning: guided nature explorations, waste collection and recycling initiatives, sustainability workshops, and creative expression sessions. They will also collaboratively develop a policy proposal on local sustainability, which will be shared with decision-makers and published on platforms like SALTO.

Beyond the exchange itself, participants will be encouraged to organize local follow-up actions in their home communities, from awareness campaigns to school presentations, ensuring the project's impact extends far beyond one week in Eger.

Stay tuned for updates as we move forward with this exciting initiative!
