Erasmus+ youth exchange: Unmuted

The project “Unmmuted : United Needs, Mobilizing Minds - Together Ending the Stigma of Silence” will take place in Soajo, Portugal, from August 21st to August 31st, 2024. This program will gather 28 young individuals and youth leaders from 4 countries : Portugal, Turkey, Hungary and Romania.

This project will focus on raising awareness on mental health, breaking the stigma around it, empowering youth and inspiring actions. Participants will share experiences, create and implement action plans and develop empathy and communication.

We are looking for young people and youth leaders between 18 and 25 years old, residing in Hungary. If you have personal connections to mental health problems, it’s a plus but we are welcoming everyone if they show an interest in youth empowerment and mental health advocacy.

The youth exchange will take place in the serene mountain setting of Soajo, Portugal, creating an environment conducive to learning and personal growth. The venue will feature Yurta-style tents located in the district of Viana do Castelo.
